• I purchased a product but didn't get an email confirmation and cannot log in. Help!

    This is an easy fix :)

    When this happens, it's usually for one of two reasons:

    • There was a typo in the purchasing email address (eg. gmail.con instead of gmail.com)
    • You used a different email address than you thought you did when checking out (this can easily happen if your browser has two different email addresses saved for auto-completing forms).

    If you have multiple email addresses, check them all to make sure your receipt didn't end up on a different inbox. Check your junk mail, too.

    Otherwise, send me an email at workshops [at] humblebeeandme.com. Let me know what you purchased, roughly when you placed your order, your order number (if you have it), the email address the order was supposed to be under, and your name. With this information I can usually find your order in no time and update the email address on your account so you'll be able to re-set your password, log in, and get started!
  • My coupon code isn't working.

    This is usually because it has expired (in the event of a code with an expiry time) or been used up (for codes with limited uses; this is usually something I'll offer when a product is brand new as an "Early Bird" deal).

    By default, coupon codes expire at midnight GMT/UTC, which is late afternoon/early evening in North America. I always communicate expiry dates & times, but I definitely understand that it's easy to see "midnight GMT" and assume that's later than 4PM PST.
